Polo Experience
Polo Lessons
The Polo Experience is a service provided by BA SPORTS & Tours and the aim is to spend a full day (or half-day) by taking a polo lesson or just playing during 1 hour (most of the people that hire this service is the first time that plays polo). No previous riding skills are necessary.
These Polo Lessons are taught by bilingual teachers, and this service is offered in Cañuelas (in one of the most popular private polo clubs in BA), approximately 1 hour 15 min. of our city.
Good treatment, experience and diversity of horses for all levels of riding available in this club (from beginners who have never ridden a horse to people who are professional) makes this tour a unique experience, where the passengers have fun and enjoys it a lot.
After this practice, we offer champagne and sweet snacks (if it is hired in the evening). If it is hired since the morning, after the class, we offer a complete lunch (typical cookout good of our country, with salad / chips, free drinks, dessert and coffee). This lunch is optional.
It is really an unforgettable experience, and is one of the most requested tours by foreign passengers.
During this tour, we take digital photos to the passengers while they are playing polo. After this tour, we send them by mail, so they have a memory of the Polo Experience in Buenos Aires.
We have different pricing proposals (according to the option you choose). We do special rates for groups of 2 or more people.

Polo - See the Polo matches Major Tournaments
Polo is one of the most exclusive sports. Argentina is considered the best place in the world to practice this sport. This is because of the level of play offered by the professional players and their horses and clubs.
It is very common in these tournaments, to see famous personalities of our country and abroad (eg politicians, models, etc.). Polo is a sport with a special appeal. The elegance of the horses and all the background assembled by the clubs, offers to the tourists, a unique opportunity to live out an unforgettable day.
Among the most important tournaments that are played during the year, there’s the Triple Crown: Hurlingham Open, Tortugas Open and the Palermo Open (is the most important of all) that ends every year in December. We have several services related to this sport.
We cover all matches of major tournaments that are played at the outskirts of Buenos Aires. This service includes: transfer, bilingual guide, rules and history of polo and digital photos (then are sent by mail to the passenger). For people who contract this service, we offer a drink and sweet snacks.
For those interested in a more tangible connection with the sport, we also offer the service of polo lessons. They can take a single day, so it’s time to relax and have a basic knowledge of a polo practice. This service includes: transfer to the private club where you may take the polo lesson, horses available for all riding skills, special clothing for the practice and a bilingual teacher’s tour guides.
